All ICA meals are served in the commons. The dining hall is open weekdays and Saturdays for breakfast, lunch and dinner and on Sundays for an 11 a.m. brunch and dinner.
Students at lunch and dinner will sit with their faculty advisor. All boarding students are to sign in with their dorm prefect at each evening meal.
The dining services objective is to provide well balanced meals also at lunch and dinner, the salad bar provides fresh vegetables and season fruits.
At lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays, students have the option of making their own sandwich at the Deli.
The menu will include both Western and Taiwanese food choices.
Occasional, an outdoor barbeque will be held on Saturday with typical barbeque favorites including hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, French fries, etc.
