Application Instructions
This form needs to be completed by the student and parent/guardian and returned to the Admissions Office.
In your admissions packet you will find two recommendation forms.
Please distribute these to a Math teacher and an English teacher. These need to be sent by the referees directly to the Admission office.
A release of records form is enclosed in your packet. This should be given to your current school’s registrar or guidance official with instructions to mail your transcript to Ivy College Academy.
A transcript needs to include your past and current course, grades, and any standardized Aptitude and /or Achievement test scores.
We require a visit to the campus for a personal interview. If a visit to campus is not possible, we will arrange for an interview near your location. Interviews may be scheduled Monday through Saturday.

In order to fully assess each applicant’s skill levels, further testing may be necessary. This could be conducted at the time of the on-campus interview. The assessment will consist of standardized tests or teacher designated materials.
Please include the non-refundable application fee of $25.00(USD) for the processing of your application.
